Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship USPS Parcel Post to APO/FPO addresses.  For PO Boxes, we can only ship to the PO if packages are accepted.  Please contact us directly at sales@preeningny.com to confirm.  Unfortunately, 2-day expedited shipping to these addresses is not available at this time.

What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?

Free shipping is available for orders with a subtotal over $59.

For orders under $59, we offer UPS Ground/USPS Parcel Post shipping for $10.

Please note, orders over $300 require a signature confirmation at delivery.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to assemble and ship your package.

Where's my package?

You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped.  Please allow 3-4 business days for us to assemble and ship your package.

If you believe your package is missing we will start a trace with UPS or USPS and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@preeningny.com. We will arrange for FedEx to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
